Corporate Trainee Program
The Corporate Trainee Program is a one to three year long program designed for young graduates who have finished their studies and are beginning their career at QuadWinkowski. We believe that in order to learn our business from the ground up you need to first be a printer yourself before you can become a business leader. That is why as a Trainee you will start your journey in manufacturing (prepress, press, finishing). Later you will need to complete administrative rotations - in Customer Service, Scheduling, Estimating and Sales etc.
As a Corporate Trainee you will be provided with total access to state-of-the-art technology and possibility to work with top-level executives. We have also designed a special training program which will allow you to gain the in-depth knowledge of the printing industry. Rotations at QuadWinkowski plants in Piła and Wyszkow through manufacturing and administrative departments afford our trainees hands-on experience. Specially chosen trainees are offered rotations at Quad/Graphics plants in the U.S.
As a Corporate Trainee you have an influence on tasks you are assigned depending on what you do and what you want to achieve in our organization. You can create your own projects and choose the type of tasks you want to specialize in. The Corporate Training Program is a reflection of QuadWinkowski’s innovative corporate culture, where each employee is encouraged to grow via on-the-job experience, classroom education, and through relationships with employees company-wide.
